After studying History and European Affairs, Ines spent 13 years working in communications for EU institutions in Brussels. Throughout her career, she has always enjoyed the operational side of organisations, from project management and processes to working with budgets and numbers.
In 2019, she trained as a coach and specialised in intercultural coaching, turning a long-standing interest in people, learning and wellbeing into a more central part of her work. Looking to align her professional life more closely with her values, she moved into the non-profit sector in 2023.
Before joining Opportunity Green, Ines was Head of Finance, Operations and HR at Positive Money Europe, where she supported a growing team through change, strengthened internal processes, and led the organisation’s anti-oppression work. She is now People and Operations Manager at Opportunity Green’s Brussels office.
